1. For Cold and Flu Symptoms
If you’re suffering from cold and flu symptoms – including fever or muscle aches, sore throats and sinus infections – Virtual ExpressCare can help.
Choose to see a provider over video, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with minimum wait times. The provider will perform an assessment, give advice, and prescribe any medications you may need to feel better.
2. For COVID-19 Symptoms
If you have COVID-19 symptoms, get tested for COVID-19 right away so you can start treatment if eligible. Do not go to an emergency room only to get tested. To find a COVID-19 testing site, visit nyc.gov/covidtest. You can also use at-home COVID-19 tests.
If you tested positive for COVID-19, use Virtual ExpressCare to speak to a provider by phone or video and they will assess you and guide you on what to do next to get healthy. Your provider can prescribe oral antiviral pills if you are eligible or help you find other treatment options.
